4 bolt spindle used on newer 42", 54" and some 48" Craftsman, AYP, Poulan and Husky. The 4 mounting holes are not tapped on the housing. Housing is installed with self tapping bolts. The original bolts removed are self tapping and can be used. If bolts are broken then order new self tap bolts with this housing.
